Toddler Costumes for a Great Halloween
If you have a toddler and are wondering how you should dress them for Halloween, you will be pleasantly surprised to learn that you can find an array of different Halloween costumes that your toddlers will love to wear while trick or treating. In some cases, the toddler costumes are similar to the same ones that the older children wear only smaller.
The main thing to remember about Halloween is the temperature. In some parts of the country, it can be quite cold and rainy on trick and treating night, so you should ensure they are dressed warm. There is nothing worse than seeing a small princess standing and shivering while holding out her hand for a chocolate bar or Bam Bam standing there hoping for a candy bar when he is actually freezing.
You want to make sure that your toddler is comfortable at all times. Many times, they will wear the costume for hours and if they are uncomfortable, they will not enjoy Halloween at all. It may look really cute for your little girl to be wearing your high heels shoes with her fancy dress, however, think about her feet. After walking to a few houses, she will be ready to give up and go home, no matter how much she wants to keep trick or treating.
The best way to ensure that your child is comfortable is by purchasing costumes especially designed with toddlers in mind. Do not use your old clothes that are baggy, your shoes that are sure to cause them pain, and consider whether your child prefers to have their face painted or to wear a mask. Each child is different. Some hate the thought of a mask while others do not paint on their face.

For girls the most popular are Jesse, Tinker Bell, Little Bo Peep, Ariel, Snow White Ballerina, Belle Ballerina, Aurora Ballerina, Belle Prestige, Minnie Mouse, and Tinkerbell Ballerina.
When choosing a Halloween costume for your toddler ensure you buy the proper size. If it is going to be cold, remember to purchase a size a bit larger so you can add other clothing under the costume, so your little one stays warm.
The most important thing to remember is you do not want the Halloween to constrict movement or obscure their vision. Carrying accessories along with their trick or treat bag may also be more than a little one can handle. If you are not going to be walking by their side then you may wish to forget the accessories that need to be carried. The number one rule is to have fun while ensuring their safety.
